Lyconet stands for a better future!
As already noted in our previous article Lyconet Online Sensation – Summer Edition Part I, the glamorous event hosted in Greece was not only entertaining but also very informative for everyone interested in the business. In case you didn’t have the opportunity to watch it, don’t worry! Click here and stream on demand.
After chatting with Mario Kapun, CEO Lyconet, the beloved Austrian host Sasa Schwarzjirg discussed at length numerous significant topics with Founder Hubert Freidl. She demonstrated her admiration for all myWorld and Lyconet achievements.
myWorld offers countless possibilities to shop online and the ultimate goal is to make each and every customer happy. According to him, the true power comes from the collaboration with Lyconet and the Benefit Program. Some of the most valuable myWorld assets are the respected Lyconet Marketers. Lyconet offers them a very strong base, tailored tools and a perfect infrastructure to leverage their career exponentially. Or as Sasa summarized this perfect cooperation:
“Teamwork makes the dream work.”
One of myWorld and Lyconet’s cooperations, which Hubert is very proud of, is the Greenfinity Foundation. It was established 10 years ago and still has a significant impact. As Hubert drew out, we have only one planet and we should take care of it. Another project close to Hubert’s heart is the Child & Family Foundation. It was founded in 2008 and with the help of the Marketers and their customers 14 schools have been established. Hubert’s ambitious dream is to create 1.000 schools and to assure that future generations have the chance for a better future.
“Think about the next generations, we can all do something about this. Therefore, we created the Child & Family Foundation and the Greenfinity Foundation. We aim to provide them with water supplies, forests and schooling.” — Hubert Freidl

Meet Lyconet Senior Ambassador Astrid Flamand
Then Mario introduced the viewers to Lyconet’s Senior Ambassador Astrid Flamand (Career Level 6 from the Netherlands). Astrid is not only a remarkable businesswoman but also a proud mother of 6 children. For her, it hadn’t always been easy to juggle with both career and family and eventually she started looking for a remote job. And this is where Lyconet came into her story. She saw a presentation that changed her life and brought her to where she is today. Astrid admits that at that moment she couldn’t fully comprehend the information but in her heart, she felt that this was the opportunity she had been waiting for. It took her out of her comfort zone and proved to her that she can be a strong leader. She felt inspired by Eric Worre and spoke highly of his training. She had been implementing all his strategies and the results followed shortly after.
Her advice to all Marketers is to follow these 5 simple steps. First – find your biggest ‘why’, second – chase your dreams and work on them every day, third be passionate, fourth – find the right people to share your passion with, and last – improve your daily activities by changing your routine. Or as Astrid said:
“Change your day, not your life.”
Her approach resembles most of the tips from our article How to be the leader your team deserves. In case you haven’t read it, click here to check it out!

Change the way you think!
The high league motivational speaker and business trainer Eric Worre virtually joined the Lyconet Online Sensation – Summer Edition. His valuable insights are proven to be highly effective. This time he spoke of self-improvement and how to seize an opportunity when one is given. According to him, Lyconet is the perfect example of an extraordinary possibility. It offers a career, tools and resources. The key factor here is if a Marketer takes it seriously as a career and works hard on it, he/she will achieve different results. Furthermore, Eric spoke about the right mindset and urged everyone to do anything in their power to adopt entrepreneur-thinking and surround themselves with like-minded people.
“Do everything in your power to learn to think like an entrepreneur and surround yourself with as many entrepreneur-minded people as you can. Read as many entrepreneurial biographies as you can find. Start thinking like them and when you’ll do, you’ll start to be able to increase your productivity with the same amount of energy.”
